**Job Summary:**
As a Closing Coordinator in Wholesale Loan Services, you will coordinate post-approval activities with Credit Officers and Underwriting to ensure all loans are closed and funded to meet our client's expectations.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and maintain an individual pipeline of active commercial loans.
+ Collect and review legal loan documentation for operational feasibility, optimal execution mechanics, regulatory requirements, and mitigation of operational risk.
+ Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements relating to products, processes, and policies.
+ Coordinate flow of post-approval tasks from mandate to booking.
**Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Ability to multi-task through the practice of strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial loan products and documentation.
**Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:**
+ College degree or equivalent work experience.
