Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience both in-store and online. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their questions and needs in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about our products and services, including usage, benefits, and care instructions. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, striving to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and ensure products are well stocked. Assist with the training of new staff on customer service protocols and product knowledge. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer databases. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations in the store environment. Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to provide support and information. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare, medical assisting, or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and empathy. Basic knowledge of healthcare products, medical supplies, and their applications is highly desirable. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, computer software, and online communication tools. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy.
